Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough.
  • 1 pound lean ground beef.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 1/2 cup diced onions.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 egg for egg wash.
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter.

Instructions
 

  • Cook the beef and onions in a pan. Drain the extra fat away.

  • Flatten each biscuit into a thin circle. Use your hands or a roller.
  • Place meat and cheese on each circle. Do not overfill the dough.

  • Brush with egg wash and butter. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
