Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lobster tails
  • 1/2 lb Sea scallops
  • 1/2 lb Large shrimp
  • 1/2 lb Mussels
  • 1/2 lb Linguine pasta
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Salted butter
  • 1/4 cup White wine
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
 

Boil the Pasta

  • Fill a big pot with water and salt. Boil the linguine until it is soft. Drain the water and set it aside.

Prep the Seafood

  • Clean the lobster, shrimp, and scallops. Pat them dry with a clean paper towel. This helps them cook better.

Make the Sauce

  • Melt the butter in a small pan. Add the garlic and white wine. Stir in the lemon juice and spices.

Arrange the Dish

  • Put the cooked pasta in a baking dish. Lay the seafood on top of the pasta. Pour the butter sauce over everything.

Bake the Meal

  • Put the dish in a hot oven. Bake until the lobster turns bright red. The shrimp should look pink and firm.

Garnish and Serve
