Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb GROUND BEEF
  • 2 cups WHITE RICE cooked
  • 1 packet TACO SEASONING
  • 1 medium ONION
  • 1 can BLACK BEANS
  • 1 cup CORN
  • 1 cup LETTUCE shredded
  • 2 medium TOMATOES
  • 1/2 cup CHEDDAR CHEESE

Instructions
 

  • Cook your rice in the saucepan first. Follow the package directions for the best results. Use water or broth for more flavor.
  • Place the skillet over medium-high heat now. Add the ground beef and the diced onions. Cook until the meat is no longer pink.
  • Drain the extra grease from the skillet carefully. Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir well to coat all the meat.
  • Add the black beans and corn to the skillet. Let them heat through for three minutes. This mixes the flavors together perfectly.
  • Put a scoop of rice into a large bowl. Top the rice with the warm meat mixture. This is the base of your tasty meal.
  • Add the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on top. You can also add sour cream or salsa. Serve it while the meat is still hot.
