- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken.
- 4 large flour tortillas.
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- 1/2 cup diced onions.
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil.
Shred your cooked chicken into small pieces. Place it in a bowl.
Add garlic powder and cumin to the chicken. Toss it well to coat.
Put your skillet on medium heat. Add a little butter.
Lay one tortilla in the pan. Sprinkle cheese on one half.
Add the seasoned chicken over the cheese. Add onions and cilantro too.
Fold the tortilla in half. Press down with your spatula.
Cook for 2 minutes per side. It should be golden brown.
