fast-action dried yeast

Instructions
Mix the flour, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl.
Add the butter, milk, and egg to form a soft dough.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm spot until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and currants.
Roll the dough tightly and cut into twelve pieces.
Place buns in a tin and let them rise again.
Bake at 200C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Ensure your milk is warm, not hot, to keep the yeast active.
