Ingredients
  

  • 140 grams All-purpose flour
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl and add salt.
  • Make a well in the center and crack in the eggs.
  • Whisk slowly, gradually adding the milk until smooth.
  • Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • Add a teaspoon of oil to each hole of the muffin tin.
  • Heat the tin in the oven until the oil is smoking hot.
  • Pour the batter quickly into the hot oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

Do not open the oven door while they are baking!
