- 1 lb SMOKED SAUSAGE
- 1.5 cups LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE
- 1 medium ONION
- 1 large BELL PEPPER
- 3 cloves GARLIC
- 3 cups CHICKEN BROTH
- 1 tbsp CAJUN SEASONING
- 1 tbsp OLIVE OIL
