Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Wasabi Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • Pinch of Salt

Prepare Your Workspace

  • Get your clean bowl ready first. Place the bowl on the counter. Make sure it is dry.

Measure the Mayo

  • Scoop the mayonnaise into the bowl. Use a clean measuring cup. Scrape it all out well.

Add the Wasabi

  • Add the green wasabi paste now. Start with a small amount first. You can add more later.

Process the Garlic

  • Mince the fresh garlic clove now. Use your garlic press for this. Add the garlic to the bowl.

Squeeze the Lemon

  • Squeeze the fresh lemon juice in. Watch out for any small seeds. Seeds taste very bitter.

Chill the Aioli

  • Cover the bowl with clear wrap. Put it in the cold fridge. Let it sit for a while.

Serve the Sauce

  • Take the sauce out of the fridge. Give it one more quick stir. Serve it in a dish.
