Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs.
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise.
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard.
  • 1 tsp hot sauce.
  • 1/2 tsp paprika.
  • 2 slices cooked bacon crumbled.
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
 

Boil the Eggs

  • Place eggs in a pot with water. Boil them for 10 minutes.

Cool and Peel

  • Put eggs in an ice bath. Peel them carefully after they cool.

Slice and Scoop

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop the yolks into a bowl.

Mix the Filling

  • Add mayo, mustard, and hot sauce to yolks. Mash until the mix is very smooth.

Fill the Whites

  • Pipe the yolk mix back into the eggs. Use a spoon if you prefer.

Add the Toppings

  • Sprinkle bacon and chives on top. Add a dash of paprika.
