Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • Toss the wings in cornstarch until coated evenly.
  • Deep fry or air fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden and crispy.
  • Whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic, and ginger in a pan.
  • Simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly.
  • Toss the crispy wings in the glaze until fully coated.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit for safety.
