Instructions
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Toss the wings in cornstarch until coated evenly.
Deep fry or air fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden and crispy.
Whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic, and ginger in a pan.
Simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly.
Toss the crispy wings in the glaze until fully coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
